These are easy. They should be located in the front engine compartment by the radiator or by the wheel wells. They are black and look like a horn and usually have one or two bolts attaching it. There is a wire you have to unplug from the horn. This is a hot wire so protect it from touching the metal surfaces of the car or grounding the connector. Most cars have one or two. But they are generally somewhere in the front of the engine compartment.
How hard and how do you replace the rear disc brakes on a 2003 Ford explorer? I have replaced a lot of brakes from 60s and 70s to the newest replacements of 91 Ford explorers and 91 Ford f-250s front rotors.
You need to drill out the rivets and have a rivet tool to install a new window not to hard to do if you got the proper tools
2003 ford expodition steering wheel is hard to turn.
It is not that hard to replace a fuel pump in the 1970 Ford Torino.
it is hard to replace the speaker because the ford explorer needs accessories manufactured by the same manufacturer
My ford truck key fits and starts my taurus! But that might be because the switch is worn, but you might want to try a couple different ford keys before tearing off the steering column. there were answers for hard way also, here is one way that might work although it doesnt sound very easy to me: http://www.ford-forums.com/ford-taurus/4345-how-replace-ignition-switch.html
It is a must-have. The airbag comes to the owner's rescue when he hits a hard surface or has a hard impact.
If it had a carburetor , it wouldn't be hard to replace - it's fuel injected
It is not hard, certainly no more than any large gasket. I have most success by 'gasket gooing' the gasket to pan, then holding pan up and inserting all bolts 2-3 turns first, then start doing up finger tight opposite sides, finally with wrench, still opposite sides.
i had that problem on my 92 merc sable wich is the same transmission as the taurus. they had to replace the gears inside the tranny with new ones if you are able to do that your self i suggest you do so as Ford and most mechanics are very expensive it cost me 1,250.00 bucks to do this
Get special tools from the parts store and there should be directions on how to use them. It isn"t hard or expensive.
This is a hard one to answer without a diagram. Please see the related links area for a diagram of the firing order and plug wire routing. You could also replace one wire at a time to avoid the problem.
