Wait, let me guess: So you've got 6 bolts out of the bell housing and the transmission won't come away from the block? Any now you're thinking no, there's no way, Ford wouldn't have put bolts on TOP of the bell housing, would they?!? A: Yep. There are two. Which makes 8 bolts total on the bell housing. Good luck! (I just did this and had pretty good luck using a 'GearWrench' style ratcheting wrench.)
