Yes you can but if you are using a 10W30 oil be sure it is synthetic or buy a straight grade SAE 30 Weight Oil. Why? A standard oil (non synthetic) 10W30 oil has too many VI improvers.. additives that will break down in an application such as a lawnmower and cause the oil to no longer be a 30 weight oil. It will quickly become a 20 Weight SAE oil that will no longer protect the engine. A synthetic 10W30 Small Engine oil does not have any of these VI improvers to break down and cause the oil to lose it's viscosity rating. Basically.. do not use a standard 10W30 Car oil for your lawnmower.

The answer depends on 31 parts of how many.
Horsepower and cc(size of engine) do not relate like that. It could be a slow moving lawnmower engine of 5-6 hp or a highly tuned dirt bike engine of 30 or more hp.
A 1965 Standard Beetle consists of 4893 parts.
Even the simplest car engine would have over 500 parts. There are many very complicated engines with thousands of parts.
An internal combustion engine typically has several moving parts, including the pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, and valves. The total number of moving parts can vary significantly depending on the engine design and configuration, but a standard four-stroke engine may have around 20 to 30 individual moving components. This count can increase with more complex designs, such as those with turbochargers or multiple camshafts.
Yes, there are many interchangeable parts. Almost all of the suspension, shocks, brakes and steering parts are interchangeable. Many of the engine parts if you have the same model engine. Electronics are possibly different although items like starter, alternator, wipers are often the same.Yes, there are many interchangeable parts.
