about 157hp
Horsepower and cc(size of engine) do not relate like that. It could be a slow moving lawnmower engine of 5-6 hp or a highly tuned dirt bike engine of 30 or more hp.
There is no set amount of horse powers per cc, it depends entirely on how efficient the engine design is, the type of fuel and other factors, this is easily demonstrated by a 4 stroke lawnmower engine, of 160cc (I used a honda gx160 for this example), which produces 5.5 hp and a 2 stroke 125cc (FR125 Rotax Max in this example) engine which produces 22hp. As I said, its all in the design. Sorry I couldn't answer your question. Hope this helps. Matt
I'm looking to purchase a new lawnmower. It says it's 158cc. About how much horsepower is this?
i guess 3
The cubic centimeter displacement of an engine does not determine its horsepower.
It is 160 ml.
CC is NOT correlated to Horsepower. Cc is merely the capacity of that engine, NO relationship to horsepower.
11 kW = about 14.75 horsepower.
315 horsepower
I have a 149 cc engine on my lawnmower and it has ( 1 ) piston
155hp
