A Mopar special tool and a star scan is required to check the transmission fluid
You can't check the transmission fluid. This is a sealed system with no user access.
It is a dealer check only. Dodge was having trouble with people adding too much or the wrong kind of transmission fluid so they removed the dip stick.
You need a special tool that is only available to the dealer.
You will have to buy a dipstick part number 9336 to check the fluid. They DO NOT come with the vehicle, this is how they get you to come in. There should just be a cap where the dipstick goes. Mercedes does the same thing. Check with the dealer how much they are
To check the transmission fluid on a 2007 Dodge Magnum, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is running at operating temperature. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is typically near the back of the engine compartment. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and then remove it again to check the fluid level; it should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks. If needed, add the appropriate type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube.
The 2005 Dodge Magnum with a 3.5-liter engine typically requires about 5.5 to 6 quarts of transmission fluid when performing a transmission fluid change, including the filter. It's important to check the owner's manual for the specific model and any variations. Always ensure to use the recommended type of transmission fluid for optimal performance.
ATF +4
