It does not have shocks on the front it has struts which should only be replace by a professional. The rear shocks are easily replaced. Just unbolt them and install the new ones.

To replace shocks on a Honda CR-V make sure the car is safely risen and supported. Remove the wheels and suspension components. Loosen the fork bolts and strut support bolts. Remove the assembly. Then use a coil compressor to remove the spring from the shock. Replace the shocks.
Yes they will as they both use the exact same set up. For future reference, they are called shocks. Honda did switch to strut style suspension till 2001.
