Remove the Suzuki 450 oil pan plug. Allow the oil to drain out of the oil pan. Replace the plug to the oil pan. Fill the motor with oil.
Ride it easy for about 6 hours then change the oil.
The oil capacity for a Yamaha YFZ450, commonly referred to as the LTR 450, is approximately 1.6 liters (or about 1.7 quarts) when including the oil filter change. It's essential to consult the owner's manual for specific recommendations and ensure proper maintenance. Always check the oil level with the dipstick to ensure optimal performance.

It says to put .4qts (400ml) in the case and 1.4qts (1400ml) in the jug. If you have tranny whine then add 200ml extra. so... .5qts in the crankcase and 1.5qts in the jug rotella 15w40 works the best for the tranny whine too. yes the $11 1 gallon jug you can get at walmart... www.ltr450hq.com

if 10 to 1 is 1 ltr of oil for every 10 ltr of fuel then math is easy 5 ltr of fuel would get .5 ltr or one half liter of oil.
