From the 2006 Odyssey Manual: A is an oil change, 1 is rotate tires and 4 is replace spark plugs, and timing belt. Inspect water pump and valve clearance.
To change the spark plugs on a 2005 Honda Odyssey, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the engine cover if necessary, then locate the spark plug wires or coils and disconnect them. Use a spark plug socket and ratchet to carefully unscrew and remove the old spark plugs. Install the new plugs by hand to avoid cross-threading, tighten them to the manufacturer's specifications, reconnect the wires or coils, and reattach the battery terminal.

Remove old spark plugs. Insert new spark plugs..... Simples
In a 2006 Honda Odyssey, the spark plugs are located in the engine block, beneath the ignition coils. To access them, you'll need to remove the engine cover and the ignition coils, which are mounted on top of the spark plugs. The spark plugs are positioned in a row along the top of the engine, typically toward the rear of the engine compartment. Ensure the engine is cool before attempting to replace them.
Take the old spark plugs out and screw the new ones in
