if you dont have a diagram or the wire harness is not labeled then generally the red is hot meaning to the battery, black is your ground, blue is usually your power antenna or remote, yellow or orange is memory, and as for the speakers, they should be color coded same color one with a stripe one without, touch them to a nine volt battery and you can hear what speaker it goes to. hope some of this helped
