VICE GRIP is the fix it tool if u dont have the size if u rounded off if u can take it off u can snap it off i have a 1997 Dodge neon that had the same problem, i could not access it from the ground using car ramps , so i raised it off the ground with the jack and BLOCKED the vehicle so it would not fall, making sure i had ample clearance,and using a small pipe wrench,i found that i was able to secure a hold of the rounded off plug,,,,,make sure you purchase a oil pan plug before doing the removal A couple of other helpful ideas: Usually it can be removed with a regular pair of water pump pliers. If that doesn't work, then I have always had Vice Grips do the job. With any wrench that has an angled head, make sure that the teeth of the tool face the opposite direction of the work. In this case, make sure that the teeth face clockwise when unscrewing counter-clockwise. Also, watch your knuckles to make sure that they clear any obstructions.
