Remove the EGR valve from the Corsa. Wash the EGR valve with carburetor cleaner. Make sure that the valve is clean of gunk and let it dry. Reinstall the valve.
To remove the EGR valve on a 1.3D Corsa, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Then, locate the EGR valve, which is typically mounted on or near the intake manifold. Remove any electrical connectors and vacuum hoses attached to the valve, followed by unscrewing the mounting bolts. Finally, carefully lift the EGR valve off and clean the mounting surface before installing a new valve or blocking it off if necessary.

how do you clean a egr valve on a vauxhall zafira 1.6

You can't really clean the EGR valve. If it's faulty, it simply needs to be replaced. -Jesse

You should unplug the wire connected in the EGR then remove the EGR From the side of the engine. The EGR is located on the driver side towards the firewall about 8 inches above the exhaust. You will need a wrench to remove the EGR. To clean the EGR it is suggested to us brake clean and spray into the EGR while the EGR is removed. Be very careful while cleaning if you use a brush. You can cause damage. I have cleaned them before and it is actually very easy you just need to be careful.
the alloys on a corsa c are either 6jx15" or 6.5jx15" becareful with the offset tho because i remember the old nova's were an odd offset and the corsa is the replacement for the nova.
Could be an EGR port clogged with carbon. Remove and clean EGR and EGR ports.
