I found that bad caps in the ECM (computer) will cause the IGN (ignition) fuse to blow.

Oh, dude, IGN in a fuse box stands for "ignition." It's like the key to starting your car, but for your electrical system. So, if you blow that fuse, you might be stuck with a dead engine... or worse, no radio!
It is the radio ignition fuse. Used on the power signal wire for the radio.
Its labled IGN
You can check if an ignition fuse is blown by visually inspecting the fuse for a broken wire or a discolored appearance. Additionally, you can use a multimeter to test for continuity; if the meter shows no continuity, the fuse is likely blown. If your vehicle exhibits problems starting or the ignition system is unresponsive, it may also indicate a blown fuse. Always consult your vehicle's manual for the specific location and specifications of the ignition fuses.

Blown fuse? bad ignition switch?
There won't be a relay for the ignition. You may have a "blown" fuse.
In a 1992 Chevy G20 van, the ignition fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, you may need to remove a cover panel. Look for the fuse labeled "IGN" or "Ignition" in the fuse box diagram to identify the correct fuse. Always ensure the vehicle is turned off before checking or replacing any fuses.
