yes. that way all the oil drains out as it is the thinest when hot
Oil may have dripped on exhaust manifold, which gets very hot when the engine is running and burns off the oil, causing smoke.
It gets pretty hot. Some of the damage to your bearings, journal and cylinder wall surfaces in the engine. If you don't change your oil & filter in the recommended time, it becomes clogged and causes extensive damage to the engine. The price of a new engine? $4,000. The price of an oil & filter? Under $20.00
Multi-Grade or Multi-Weight oil is oil that has additives added to change viscosity of the oil at different temperatures. This allows the oil to flow differently at hot or cold temperatures. This type oil is designated with 2 numbers. The first number is followed by the letter W. The first number indicates the weight of the oil in cold temperatures (Winter). The second number indicates the weight of the oil in normal (hot) temperatures. This multi-weight allows the oil to flow easily when it is cold which protects the engine from excess wear when it is started when it is cold. It then thickens when it is hot to allow for better protection of a hot engine.
The oil thins when hot and the oil pump is driven off the engine so, the lower the engine rpm's, the slower the pump turns.
On a 2002 - it is on the drivers side of the engine toward the back. It is replaced from the top of the engine. If the engine is hot, do not try and change or be very careful
There is no oil to change in a two stroke engine. The lubricant is the oil that is mixed with the gas.
near the oil filter engine casing you may need a cloth better cold as well (very hot down there. cheers
When it is time to change your oil, you should change all of the oil.
Use any good 15-40 W engine oil intended for motorcycles. Change oil according to the owner's manual. I would change the engine oil every 3 to 4 thousand km on this bike. For a worn engine and hot outside temperatures, a 20-40 or even single grade 40 W can be used.
It is either time for a oil and filter change or the engine is low on oil.
no
Because Camry has hydrodynamic valves it doesn't need tuning up. But what you might need to do is to change the timing belt if required, to change the water pump (better in the same time with timing belt), to change engine oil with oil filter (better to use synthetic oil because it keeps your engine better), change hoses if required, change coolant if you didn't change for a while, change plug sparks (gapless are usually better), change plug spark wires if they are old. Change the fuel filter, to check the gas tank if you have some water over there. If you have you have to clean it. Also you can change driving belts. Of course, you can do even more but it's better to start from what was described before.
