Go to any online auto parts store such as Advance. Look up the fuel pump for the 95 and the 93 and see if the part numbers are the same or not.
its under the hood either on the fire wall or driver side finder but if it is blowing fuses replace the wiring where ur feet go in the drivers floor board water or in kind of moistness will kill the wiring causing it to short out The fuel pump relay for that 95 S10 4.3L is located in back of the glove compartment.
