Yes, one inside and one under the hood.
More than likely a blown fuse.
you've either lost both taillight bulbs, or, more likely, you've blown the taillight fuse.
Could you be more specific? Are you asking about a wiring diagram for the heating system?
You more than likely have a defective unit. i own a '93 new yorker and my abs lights were lit on my dash, a few days later my brakes completely failed. ABS HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT CAN EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE BRAKE ACTUATOR PISTON SEAL WEAR CAUSING PUMP-MOTOR DETERIORATION. there is an open recall on this part, i got it replaced for free (a several thousand dollar job) less the cost of a diagnostic computer fee. here's a link with more info: http://www.motortrend.com/cars/1991/chrysler/new_yorker/recalls/index.html http://www.internetautoguide.com/auto-recalls/09-int/1993/chrysler/new-yorker/index.html although the model year is '91 for the link ik believe they were still using the same abs assembly in 93. hope this helps.
It is the end code, meaning there are no more codes to flash or show. It is not an error code.
If your asking of how to turn on all the lights, its the knob just left of the steering wheel. If your asking how to turn on the bottom yellow lights near the fog lights, just push in the knob. Anything besides that your gonna have to be more specific.
More than likely it's a fuel injection issue. Can u hear it kick on when you start it?

It requires more than one fuse for the engine to start. The PCM has at least two fuses for itself.
Does the electric fuel pump turn on when the key is turned to the on position? If yes, then check the coil. Otherwise, you would need to provide more information.
As described in User Manual: "Under the dash board. Please, contact Chrysler service." There must be more to life than Chrysler service. Where are the fuses?
