There is various ways to do this. To do all three you have to take the shifter cable off first thing before advancing, which is one 9/16 nut. The first and most common is to drop the tranny pan and remove the shaft from the inside once the pan is dropped....then you can remove the seal from the outside. The second way is installing 2 little screws on each side of the seal on the outside and work it out. The thrid way is the easiest, but it cost about 40 bucks.
