No i would use screen wash.
Regular washer fluid has something in it that keeps it from freezing as quick as straight water would. If it gets extremely cold it may get slushy but will not freeze to the point of breaking the washer jug. There is winter washer fluid that I assume stays liquid at lower temperature's.
Possibly freezing. Make sure you are using Windshield Washer Fluid and not water.
You do not want your windshield washer fluid to become solid in temperatures below freezing, because this could damage your washers and prevent them from working. You should not, however, use engine coolant/antifreeze in your washer fluid, because it is toxic and can damage your paint. Commercial washer fluids contain a weaker antifreeze that is much less toxic and unlikely to damage your paint.
Technically you can! It is not advisable as Anti-Freeze will cause damage to the bodywork of your car and when you spray the washers it will of course end up on the bodywork somewhere.

To operate the headlight washers on a 1999 Audi A6, pull the windshield wiper stalk towards you. This action activates the windshield wipers and the headlight washers simultaneously. If the washers do not operate, check the fluid level or any potential blockages in the system.
The fuse for the windshield washers on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. Specifically, it's typically the fuse labeled for the windshield washer or wiper system. To access it, remove the cover from the fuse box and check the diagram on the inside for the exact location. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the windshield washers.
the pump for the washers is contained in the reservior which is located on the right side of the engine compartment right by your coolant reservior. the sprayers themselves are just tubes that run up your windshield wiper arms.
check your glovebow drop down panel.

There are several types of screw washers, including flat washers, lock washers, and split washers. Flat washers are used to distribute the load of a screw or bolt, while lock washers prevent loosening due to vibrations. Split washers create tension to prevent screws from backing out. These washers are used in various applications to improve the stability and security of connections.
The different types of washers used in bike wheel maintenance include flat washers, lock washers, and spring washers. Flat washers are used to evenly distribute pressure and prevent damage to the wheel. Lock washers are used to prevent nuts and bolts from loosening. Spring washers provide tension to keep nuts and bolts securely in place.
