Should i use green antifreeze or dex cool in my 1994 dodge shadow?

Dex-cool is only used in certain GM vehicles that originally came with Dex-cool. Never mix Dex-cool with any other coolant, or top off a Dex-cool vehicle with regular anti-freeze. Mixing it will cause cooling problems/ overheating and worst engine failure. A Dodge shadow used regular coolant, the brand doesn't matter but it should be mixed 50/50 with water.

I would use what the manufacturer used when new. I would also flush the system well before you refill it with whatever you decide to use.
