its grounded in more than one place
No, the ground cable gets always disconnected first and connected last, regardless of ground polarity.
You need to check body to engine grounds. Then check battery to body ground. now check engine to battery ground make sure they are clean and tight. check the positive cable going from battery to starter and make sure its clean and tight I believe you'll find the problem.
Hey Roy== It is grounded through the steering box. If it has a rag universal joint there is supposed to be a ground wire to cross the joint. GoodluckJoe On a Cavalier, always check the ground wire going from battery negative to the plate under the battery. That connection gets dirty and fails, and everything including the steering shaft gets its ground through that. If you are getting low voltage at your steering shaft, that connection is likely the problem.
if the battery gets weak and useless, then you have to replace it...
Slash and burn cultivation is where you cut down the vegetation, burn it, and then plow it into the ground. This typically gets used where most of the nutrients are tied up in the existing vegetation and the soil is nutrient poor - such as in rainforests. Shifting cultivation is a form of agriculture, used especially in tropical Africa, in which an area of ground is cleared of vegetation and cultivated for a few years and then abandoned for a new area until its fertility has been naturally restored. The two are clearly related, but in the case of slash and burn, the land is farmed until the nutrients are depleted. Also in slash and burn, the ground is usually extremely nutrient poor until the vegetation is burned and plowed into the ground. Slash and burn is a typical method used in shifting cultivation but not all shifting cultivation uses slash and burn.
