loose fan belt, or low Power Steering fluid. Depending on the sound, it could also be the brake pad wear indicator.
If its a high pitch squealing while accelerating, then the previous owner may have turbocharged, or supercharged the engine.
check tension on fan belt(s)
have brakes check
It sounds like you need a new serpentine fan belt.
the squeeling noise is from the fan belt either the belt needs renewing, or the a/c compressor clutch is not operating correctly
It's going to be your radiator fan clutch. Mine was squealing for a while until finally it turned into clanging. It was pretty bad. I'm in the process now of replacing mine. That should be your next step.
Though there are several possibilities, by far the most common reason for that is a loose or glazed belt in the engine compartment.
Nine times out of ten it is a worn serpentine belt. Tensioners are also know to make a rattling noise congruently. Changing your belt and/or tensioner should solve your problem.
I'd try changing tires, worked for me.
buy some belt dressing at autoparts store and just spray it on the belt while it is turning
tie rods
you might want to check your left side wheel bearings
