Same way you take off any other clutch basket. Buy the removal tool (large vise gripwith long fingers) and hold the basket while removing the nut. Another option is to weld old clutch plates together so they will slide onto the drive hub, then fastnen a handle on it and hold while breaking the nut loose as stated before.

Needs a new clutch
To replace the clutch plate in a TTR 125 drain the engine oil, disengage the engine skidplate and the starter motor. This is a common issue with this model of Yamaha dirtbikes.
A YZ 125 clutch lever will not directly fit a TTR 125, as these bikes have different clutch cable setups and lever mounting mechanisms. While some components may be similar, it's essential to check compatibility for specific models and years. It's always best to consult the manufacturer's specifications or a motorcycle parts dealer for precise fitment information.
Your clutch needs adjusting refer to your manual if you have one.
There is a small cover to the right of the clutch housing cover. Its in there.
No, the 86 has 7 clutch plate and the 85 has 6 so the 85 clutch cover is not deep enough. I had the same issue

The Yamaha 125, specifically referring to models like the Yamaha YZ125 or similar, typically features a manual clutch but does not have a reverse gear, as these are designed primarily for motocross and off-road riding. However, if you're referring to a Yamaha 125 scooter or a different model, it may have an automatic transmission without a clutch, and reverse functionality varies by model. Always check the specific model specifications for accurate details.
