To drain the oil sump on a Corsa 1 liter, you typically need an oil drain pan to catch the old oil, a socket wrench or ratchet with the appropriate size socket to remove the drain plug, and a funnel for adding new oil later. It's also helpful to have an oil filter wrench if you plan to replace the oil filter. Make sure to let the engine cool down before starting the process to avoid burns. Always dispose of the used oil and filter properly.

if it is what i think it is there is a nut that you put a bolt in that pulls the sump down
skill. you'll have to undo the sump plug and let a bit out. It can get a little messy.
Most people would use something in the 80-120L size for a sump for a tank of that size.
You need to buy a Star Bit Set (Torx) I think its T30 at the rear of sump it was on my 05 eco 1L David
The only bolts you can't see are the one in between the sump and gearbox. You'll need an extension and socket to fit in the gap. The bolts will be the same as the rest. Either a 10mm hex head or a spline of some sort.
The sump plug on a 2006 Corsa Utility typically requires a 13mm Allen key (also known as a hex key) to open it. However, it's always a good idea to double-check your specific model, as variations may exist. If you're unsure, consulting the vehicle's manual or a professional mechanic can provide confirmation.

Okay, don't know how old this question is but anyway... Get down on your hands and knees, or back is best and look under the front of the vehicle. You should see the sump and the base of the engine. There are two small bolts easily identfiable, theough they are close to flush woith the base of the engine. The front one is the oil sump. The one approx 20cm further back is the transmission oil sump. The oil sump usually requires a special tool, a modified L-key tool, while the transmission opens with a size 10 metric L-key. Know if i could just find where i can buy this specialist tool to open the oil sump I would be able to finish the job I strated 2 hours ago. Arrivederche, Marc
Phone a Vauxhall dealer, quote the vehicles registration or chassis number, and ask.
