Check fuse and/or flasher
Check the fuse, and the Turn Signal Flasher Relay. The hazzard lights have a separate relay.
You either have a bulb burnt out or the turn signal flasher is bad.
Bad ground.
Either the front or rear bulb is burnt out.
The hazard and turn signals each have their own flasher relay. They should be fairly close to each other under the dash. They are the same flasher part.
Typically if the turn signal lamp on the dashboard stays on (i.e. does not blink), it means you have a burned out turn signal bulb on either the front or rear of the car. This is especially true if it happens only on one side (i.e. left or right turn signal). If the problem exists on both sides of the vehicle, check your flasher unit.

If the turn signal lights on your 1994 Lexus LS 400 aren't working, it could be due to a blown fuse, a faulty turn signal relay, or burned-out bulbs. Additionally, wiring issues or a malfunctioning turn signal switch could be the culprit. Checking the fuses and bulbs first is a good starting point before investigating further electrical components. If the problem persists, consulting a professional mechanic may be necessary.
Check turn signal switch. Pull back lighty on turn signal lever and brake lights will come on. Replace switch inside steering column. The green and yellow wires you see at the bulbs are the ones that control the brake lights and turn signals.
Could be a fuse or could be a bad bulb. See sources and related links below for bulb part numbers.
If your turn signals aren't working but your hazard lights are, it typically indicates an issue with the turn signal circuit or switch. This could be due to a blown fuse, a faulty relay, or a problem with the turn signal bulbs themselves. It's important to address this issue promptly, as functioning turn signals are crucial for safe driving and communicating your intentions to other drivers. Consider checking the fuses and bulbs first, and if the problem persists, consult a mechanic for further diagnosis.
