1. Deep grinding sounds coming from bottem front of vehicle
2. High rpm revs and late shifts( in automatic transmissions), loss in acceleration
3. Hard shifts like the vehicle will seem to kick when it shifts gears( while driving at a normal rate) if you floor it and it kicks that's just a down shift for more rpms which is normal.
Suggestions: make sure that it is your transmission and not a torque converter or something else for example it could just be that your fluid is low and the transmission is just not lubricated enough causing it to over work and run harder,also you can try to goto your local autoparts store and buying non slipping fluid it will run you about $10-13 and can solve your problem...good luck and i hope this helped
