On the crankcase, pull off the pull starter. Behind that is a plastic plug with a flathead scewdriver slot on it, remove that cap. inside you will see the side of the rotor there is a mark that looks like this 'l' line that up with the notch on the crankcase. this will put the piston at TDC, GOOD LUCK! rEDEYE
