It does not have one. Check the fuel pump relay and fuse first. Chevy had wiring problems at the fuel pump sending unit connector on the top of the fuel tank. CHECK IT. It may just have a bad pump too.

To replace the fuel pump, you have to drop the gas tank and the fuel pump is located right on the top of it. The fuel pump is not on top of the gas tank. It is a mechanical fuel pump and is bolted to the side of the engine block.
Nothing to the plant, assuming the pump and filter are fitted correctly so there are no priming problems. The water may of course accumulate at least some debris needing extra filtering.
