You don't mention what you mean by "restoring", but whenever I work on a car that I am not completely familiar with, I buy an entire kit for the engine. You will most likely buy several gaskets that you will not ever use, but you have realize the true value of a complete kit the first time you try to "save" money and end up without a needed gasket, and it's 9:00 at night on a Saturday and everything is closed. Not to mention, 91 Talon parts are probably not always well stocked at the local AutoZone. You didn't mention if it's the turbo version or not, but you should be able to figure out your application from this website: http://catalog.autopartsgiant.com/RenderScriptTemplate.epc?_cmd=epccat_VehicleWHD&cookieID=21Y0UQSOV27F14R9CU&yearid=1991%40%401991&makeid=24%40%40EAGLE%40%40X&modelid=4730%40%40TALON&mode=PG&engineid=11846@@L4%2D1997cc+2%2E0L+F%2FI+Vin+R@@11846
