Sounds like one of the fan blades are loose, or bent or out of balance. By saying whopping noise points to a problem with uneven air currents.
The gurgling sound is caused by pressure in the engine coolant system(antifreeze) slowly releasing into the coolant overflow resevoir. Typically a faulty thermostat causes this sound.
You may be hearing the coolant passing thru the heater core with an air pocket trapped in there.
if there is a creaking noise in your car, i think that's bad...
check the cadillidic converter under the car.

The coolant level may be just a little low and you're getting air bubbles through the coolant that circulates into the heater core. Have someone ride in car with you as you duplcate the noise and see if they can determine which part of the vehicle it is coming from.
need to know what causes my car to make a heavy noise when driving. i have changed both front bearings but have discovered the noise still exist. Could it be a problem with the drive axlel?
