It could be a number of things. O2 sensor, throttle position sensor, bad fuel pump, very clogged injectors. Remove the intake hose, stick your hand over the hole before the O2 sensor and see it it runs better, if yes, then your catalytic converter is clogged, that was my problem

if you mean stick as in not working for both to [stick] not work its probably the multiplug on the back of the instrument cluster loose or poorly connected. or the Fuse for control panel needs to replace
