In the 2003 Saturn Ion, the battery feed fuse is typically located in the under-hood fuse box. It is usually labeled as "BAT" or "Battery" and is often a larger amp fuse, such as 40A or 30A, depending on the specific configuration. Always refer to the owner's manual for the exact fuse location and specifications for your vehicle.

Depends on the exact model, but in my 2001 Pic 2.0HDi it is number 40 in the fusebox in the fascia on the driver's side. No. 40 is the very top left, and if I recall correctly it is the only 40A fuse in the box.
This fuse is a 40A type spade connection in the right front inner footwell. Feeds power direct to X67 relay at back right of fuse box looking from front towards back. Fuse box is located left rear of engine compartment.
The recommended wire size for a 40A circuit is typically 8-gauge wire.
