most likely, Power Steering pump low on fluid or on its way out,i think.
Could be that your low on power steering fluid. When it's cold, the fluid is more viscus, but once it warms up and thins out there isn't enough.
cold start switch on the side of or on top of the throttle body.
Tune up
You need to run a fuel pressure test FIRST. I believe the fuel pump is going out.
Could be a tired power steering pump.
Bad ECM or bad distributor
The preheater warms up the engine so it will start easier and in freezing weather will help to avoid freezing of the coolant.
Does it have enough compression?
