The choice between Alpine and JVC speakers largely depends on individual preferences and specific audio needs. Alpine is often praised for its superior sound quality and durability, making it a popular choice among audiophiles. On the other hand, JVC speakers typically offer good performance at a more budget-friendly price, appealing to casual listeners. Ultimately, the best option will depend on your desired sound quality, budget, and intended use.
JVC does make quality speakers, but they've become more niche and will be harder to find.
they will work with any car CD player. JVC or not
You can control the treble and bass in JVC surround sound speakers if the surround sound receiver you are using has treble and bass controls available.
Many of the best names is car audio are those familiar in other types of electronics, like Polk, Sony and Pioneer. JVC, Kenwood and Alpine also make top quality speakers for cars.
You can go to Crutchfield.com if you want to buy an expensive car stereo or DVD system. Some of the better names are Sony, Pioneer, Alpine and JVC,
Sony 'cause it is
Sony.
This is a mostly a matter of personal opinion but I find the 2 way speakers to be less "harsh" with less screeching treble. Brand name can make a big difference as well, I personally prefer JVC 2way speakers as they have excellent vocal reproduction and a very reasonable price.
the Alpine SPS-609 is a set of speakers each with a woofer and tweeter. You have to buy a subwoofer separately.
The original speakers suck. I replaced them with some 6 x 8 Alpine 2-way speakers. Big difference even with stock stereo.
I have a Mitsubishi Diamante 2001! and had to replace the factory Infinity speakers as soon as I bought it. I went with Alpine Speakers. I make hip hop music, so whenever I finish making a track I usually listen to it in my car...my beats always peak because I use hard kicks and snares and the Alpine Speakers definitely can handle the bass.
