It is probably a bad diode in the alternator. I just went through this with mine.
I the battery runs down overnight then the battery may have a dead cell. It may also be something is on drawing power from the battery. Something like interior, under-hood, trunk, glove box lights. Can also be a stuck relay.

Yes, that would definitely drain the battery.
I'm not sure about the limited but on my custom the drain is on the bottom right of the radiator when you're facing the car from the front. There's a twist valve on it.
