I have a disability which prevents me from wearing a seat belt. I have an exemption which allows me to not have to wear a seat belt. Police officers should not stop people who are not wearing a seat belt because they don't know whether the person is breaking the law or not. Please watch my video on YouTube called "Seat Belt Stops Are Unlawful" and help me end these violations of constitutional rights.

Except for special circumstances, it is illegal not to wear a seat belt.
because when the car is moving really fast then stops suddenly the seat belt locks. If the seat belt didn't lock, then you would fly forward.
A seat belt may not lock due to a malfunction in the retractor mechanism, which is designed to engage when sudden stops or collisions occur. Additionally, if the seat belt is not fully extended or is twisted, it may fail to lock properly. Regular maintenance and inspection can help identify issues that prevent the seat belt from functioning correctly. If a seat belt consistently fails to lock, it should be repaired or replaced immediately for safety.
You take that thing called a seat belt and plug it into the other part .
