Unfortunately there is no definative answer to this question and everybody will have their favorite. One thing is for sure: The newer-style, frameless beam blades definitely perform better than the conventional, standard framed wipers.
I would recommend "Trico NeoForm Beam Blades" as a reasonably priced, super-premium beam blade. You can find them online.
The best thing to do when replacing your windshield wiper blades, is to change them one at a time. That way, if you can't figure out how to put the new blade on, you can look at the other one in reference.
This vehicle takes non-standard wiper blades so its best to ask the dealer since you'll have to get the wipers there anyway.
Finding a good wiper blade replacement can seem like a difficult task. However, if a few simple steps are followed, it can be something that is extremely easy and rewarding for anyone! The first thing that you need to do is figure out what size of wiper blades you need. Wiper blades come in many different sizes, and picking the right one is extremely important. If you pick the wrong size for your application, you run the risk of making your vehicle dangerous. This happens because wiper blades that are too small do not efficiently clean your entire windshield during a storm. If your windshield is not efficiently wiped clean, rainwater can stay on your windshield and cause a disruption in the driver’s view. Therefore, picking the right size for your new windshield wiper blades is of the utmost importance. In addition to the size of your wiper, you should decide on what type you desire. There are many different types of windshield wiper blades. The newest style of blade is one that is completely flat, with no supports. This style allows the blade to make full contact with windshield. However, these blades usually carry a high premium with them. There are many wiper blade replacements that are reasonably priced. However, these blades tend to need replaced after about a year of service. Therefore, the choice is left to the consumer. The next thing that you need to consider when choosing a new wiper blade replacement is brand-name. More well-known brand-name wiper blade replacements will generally be more expensive than their generic counterparts. However, as a general rule, more well-known companies will have good warranties, as well as longer lifespans. Therefore, going with a name-brand wiper blade replacement is a good idea in the long run. However, picking a generic one will save you money at first. All in all, picking a wiper blade replacement is a very important decision, but is also easy if you remember the simple steps just outlined in this article. Therefore, keep your wits about you, and you will find that finding the best wiper blade replacement for you is a very easy and rewarding process.
This is strictly opinion, however Trico NeoForm beam blades are excellent wiper blades. See sources and related links below to lookup your vehicle's wiper blade sizes.

The trend in wiper blade system engineering is to increase the size of the driver's side wiper thus decreasing the size of the passenger side wiper. This is simply to give the driver the best possible vision.
The windshield wiper system on a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK500 consists of several key components: the wiper motor, wiper arms, wiper blades, and a linkage mechanism. The motor, typically located at the base of the windshield, drives the wiper arms through a series of linkages that convert rotational motion into the back-and-forth movement of the wipers. The wiper blades are attached to the arms and make contact with the windshield to clear rain and debris. For a detailed diagram, it's best to refer to the vehicle's service manual or a repair guide.
Your best bet is to purchase a rear windshield wiper blade replacement arm (about $9 at Toyota dealers), part # 85242-42020 (I have a 2001 Rav4). I just bought my second one. The arm "snaps" onto the main arm's open hook via the little bar in the middle rectangle opening of the replacement blade. Ask your Toyota maintenance person to show you how to do it (s/b no charge).
All you need to do is use a flat head screw driver or a butter knife in a jam and just push the metal clips on the blade's back and then it should slide right off. I have tried to open up the clips on the wipers which will work but is not worth the time to try to get the back lined up. If the wiper is from the factory my 2004 wiper blades were literally attached to the metal. I took a knife & cut them loose. I then opened the clips and re-aligned them & yes it did take time. First, make sure you have the 19" wipers needed, and use the computer selector in the store.....walmart has a good one. Pylon 19" or Anco 19" work fine. Lift wiper from front windshield, flip blade so rubber points towards you, depress plastic tab on wiper adaptor and pull straight down. Installation is the reverse of this operation. For the rear windshield wiper....beware of bosch micro edge 11", they DON'T have the proper adaptor in the package. Trust me, I know. Best bet is to go to the dealers and pay the extra money for a blade that will fit the rear windshield. I ended up buying a Bosch 11" micro edge and spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to install it, until I finally decided that none of the adaptors worked. Unfortunately I had broken the original blade's adaptor when I took it off the wiper arm. I ended up securing the bosch blade on what was left of the original adaptor with a black cable tie. The blade doesn't wipe in a perfect arch, but it does work, and will have to stay on there for awhile. I have heard that 12" wiper blades will work in the rear of the 2003 Liberty, but I'm not sure about that, and more than likely you'd have to use the original adaptor. I'll be going to the dealer to get the "proper" replacement blade for the rear windshield next time.
The 2007 Jeep Wrangler takes a special jeep-only, dealer-only rear wiper blade. Its best to ask the dealer for the procedure when you go in to buy the replacement blade.
Its best to consult your owner's manual. It will have a chart.
The back windshield wiper may not be working because there may be a short in the switch. It is best to have an auto mechanic look at it.
