All you need to do is use a flat head screw driver or a butter knife in a jam and just push the metal clips on the blade's back and then it should slide right off. I have tried to open up the clips on the wipers which will work but is not worth the time to try to get the back lined up.
If the wiper is from the factory my 2004 wiper blades were literally attached to the metal. I took a knife & cut them loose. I then opened the clips and re-aligned them & yes it did take time.
First, make sure you have the 19" wipers needed, and use the computer selector in the store.....Walmart has a good one. Pylon 19" or Anco 19" work fine. Lift wiper from front windshield, flip blade so rubber points towards you, depress plastic tab on wiper adaptor and pull straight down. Installation is the reverse of this operation. For the rear windshield wiper....beware of bosch micro edge 11", they DON'T have the proper adaptor in the package. Trust me, I know. Best bet is to go to the dealers and pay the extra money for a blade that will fit the rear windshield. I ended up buying a Bosch 11" micro edge and spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to install it, until I finally decided that none of the adaptors worked. Unfortunately I had broken the original blade's adaptor when I took it off the wiper arm. I ended up securing the bosch blade on what was left of the original adaptor with a black cable tie. The blade doesn't wipe in a perfect arch, but it does work, and will have to stay on there for awhile. I have heard that 12" wiper blades will work in the rear of the 2003 Liberty, but I'm not sure about that, and more than likely you'd have to use the original adaptor. I'll be going to the dealer to get the "proper" replacement blade for the rear windshield next time.
To remove a windshield wiper from a Mercedes-Benz 180, first, lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Look for a small tab or lever on the wiper blade where it attaches to the arm; press this tab while sliding the wiper blade downwards to detach it from the arm. Once it's loose, you can fully remove the wiper blade. Repeat the process for the other wiper if needed.

The 2007 Jeep Liberty has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See sources and related links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

Not sure what you mean by "windshield wiper cover," however if you're asking how to remove the rubber blade from the plastic frame - be careful. The end caps do come off but its not recommended. I recommend simply replacing the entire wiper blade. See videos on link below.
The wiper blade misses the windshield in the middle of the wipe. Is there an adjustment for that ? I have replaced the wiper to no avail.

Lift wiper assembly off of windshield into "up" position. Rotate 90 degrees. Pull wiper blade assembly gently toward the windshield. It slips right off.
