Best thing is to get a Chilton book on it and follow it closely. Troque all bolts to spec.
Usually not if the bolts are still in good shape (not rusted too badly or the threads aren't stripped.) I would advise getting some bolt sealant and rub a bit of it on your bolts before you reinstall your manifold. Hope this helps!
