This website will be able to unlock your radio for you: http://www.delcolockcodes.com It costs $6.99 but from my experience they get your unlock code to you in 20 - 30 minutes. Good luck and I hope this helped!
It is right above the stereo console.
No. Its 1.5 DIN
I hate to admit I searched this topic before noticing the "hr" and "mn" buttons on the bottom right of the stereo console (1998 Pontiac grand prix...stereo with equalizer built in). just press the buttons to adjust the time (with the stereo turned off).
MAYBE WAL-MART IF NOT A STEREO INSTALL SHOP
Yes, with trimming of bezel they will fit.
You can easily get all of the color codes for every wire on the 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix. Pontiac has an official website homepage that has all the information on it.
The factory code for your 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix is 152 159. The unlock code for the radio is 0229.
I got a friend whose key can't turn the ignition on her 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. She can't get the steering wheel to unlock either.
yea the same one that it had u can probably get it at Pontiac dealer ship or at the junk yard --------------------------------------- Well there isn't necessarily a radio with that feature but you can buy an adapter for it. The one I ended up getting was the PAC SWI-X Steering Wheel Controls Interface. It worked out perfectly for me. But be sure to read about it first and make sure that it is compatible with your new stereo.
use this websitehttp://www.modifiedlife.com/1995-pontiac-grand-am-car-radio-stereo-audio-wiring-diagram/It helped me..
