In a strait line they are close. The 250r pulls harder off the line and the ltr 450 kinda comes back in the end. I have an 82 and a 84 atc 250r, my brother has a 86, my friend has a ltr 450. My brother wins every time. should note for those who don't know the 86 is not a atc it's the quad. The 250r is a strong contender but will never be as practical as a 4-stroke.
