It will bolt right in but, the "Y" pipe on the exhaust system from the 305 will not fit on to the 350.
Seriously? A 305 Chevy motor does not take "transmission fluid"! The transmission takes transmission fluid, and the motor takes oil. The 305 should hold 5 quarts of oil I believe.
