The tire sidewall will list the max pressure.
Check the owners manual or the driver door jamb sticker for the correct pressure for a vehicle

13 psi front, 12 back
I think it's required to show it's maximum PSI on the sidewall. Off the top of my head i'd say 30 PSI is normal.
It depends on the size of the tires--you'll get fewer 22.5-inch tires in a trailer than you will 13-inch ones--but I've hauled 800 tires in one load.
No. You will not get the tire on the rim without tearing it.

Only if the rims will fit over the brakes.Be very careful to check to weight capacity of the 13 inch tires to make sure it is enough.
Footballs are inflated to 13 pounds per square inch (psi).
Yes you can put 185/60-14 size tires which will have the overall same diameter as your stock tires. Obviously you will need to get new wheels/rims to accommodate those tires.
Required for what ? Factory specifications call for a minimum of 13 psi at warm idle. Approximately 10-30 psi at idles and 40-70 psi at 55 mph is considered normal.
18.4 inch tractor tires are on 16 inch rims in most cases. I don't know what the limit would be I would think 13 inch on 11 inch rims would be fine. The hardest part would be to get it inflated if it is tubeless. There are tricks to that though.
