The fuse box should have a schematic labeled inside the lid.
A 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix fuse box. Wiring schematic diagram can be obtained from most General Motors dealerships. The diagram can be found at most auto-parts stores.
The fuses are listed on the cover of the fuse box. If you need a schematic or wiring diagram you will probably have to buy a service/repair manual.
Remove the fuse box cover and turn it over. The positions of all the fuses and their identification is molded into the back of the cover.
It is glued to the top of the fuse box but is likely to peel of as a result of getting wet... that it why i took mine off and put it in my glove box
There is a schematic on the inside of the fuse box cover. It is the second row down and three in from the right side. It's a 15amp fuse.

it is fuse # 3 labeled "accessory & rear view mirror" in the fuse box under dash on left side of drivers seat
The main relay is in the fuse panel located under the hood on the driver's (left) side. Original equipment relay is green. Schematic decal is on the inside of the fuse box cover.
