Actually in CI engine,we use Diesel as a fuel and diesel burn at lower temp than petrol and also at constant temp, so for obtaining desirable temp we are working at constant pressure. And inject the fuel on compressed air at constant pressure.

What are the advantages of having engines with dual injectors over the conventional engines with single fuel injector?

dual injectors spray more fuel into the engine causing a bigger explosion in the combustion cycle. but, with the added fuel there is added pressure and usually there is a second sparkplug to accomidate for the extra fuel to ignite.

What is stalling in gas turbine compressor?

the engine is having high pressure inside the combustion chamber.the flow has to move trough nozzle.incase the pressure is very high at nozzle compared to the intake pressure the flow moves forward.then the compressors shape changed it is not enough to compress the intake air.it is compressor stall

Which of the following is not a true statement about a poorly running engine?

The statement "A poorly running engine may be caused by having too much fuel in the combustion chamber" is not true. Too much fuel in the combustion chamber can actually cause the engine to run rich, leading to issues such as rough idle, decreased fuel efficiency, and increased emissions.

Is atmospheric pressure at sea level constant 1013?

It isn't constant anywhere, no. 1013.25 mb is simply the average pressure, which is particularly important at sea level because that is how observations are standardized. But atmospheric pressure always varies no matter where you are, as a consequence of having weather.
