On a 2000 Mercury Cougar : The brake fluid reservoir is also the clutch fluid reservoir
On a 2000 Mercury Cougar : The brake fluid reservoir is also used as the clutch fluid reservoir
The 2000 Ford Mustang GT came with a five-speed manual or an optional four-speed automatic

I have a V6 2000 mustang the top speed I ever hit it was 120-125mph. Its only has a BBK Cold Intake
In the break reservoir i believe
DOT 3 brake fluid.
Bad part, improper instillation, abuse by driver............
It is either worn out , glazed, or there is a fluid leak in the bell-housing , or clutch enclosure.
The 2000 Celica clutch and brake fluids share a common reservoir. That's why you only see what appears to be a brake fluid reservoir under the hood. This design makes sense, since the brake and the clutch use the same type of fluid.
