They are normally just hand tight. If you can't budge it you can get a filter wrench at a auto parts store that will fit it.
No, any filter wrench will remove the filter.

There is a special tool to remove the fuel line from the filter on Rangers/Explores. I bought mine at Autozone for around $10.
To change the hydraulic filter on a Bad Boy mower, first ensure the mower is turned off and the engine is cool. Locate the hydraulic filter, typically found near the hydraulic reservoir, and use an appropriate tool to unscrew it. Before installing the new filter, apply a bit of hydraulic fluid to the gasket of the new filter to ensure a proper seal. Finally, screw the new filter in place, refill the hydraulic fluid if necessary, and check for any leaks before starting the mower.
To use a channellock pliers, you can remove your oil filter on your truck.
There is a special cartridge tool that you can purchace from Toyota to remove the cartridge type filter in the newer Toyota V6's typically from 2005-on. I have a Rav4 2007 V6. The tool that Toyota sells to remove the new Oil Filter will not remove the filter. It is a cheap quality tool that will slip around the filter causing problems. I would suggest finding a tool that will grip the filter with a 3 prong adjustable grip which may be found at various automotive parts store. i.e Pepboys, Walmart, Target etc.
I think that it's the same as my 95. The filter is on the passenger side behind the plastic shroud (wheel weld) on the left side. You have to remove the tire and the shroud to get to the filter. You will also need a filter remove tool which inserts under the filter to release the line. You can buy this tool at any auto parts store.

Use a similar tool made of flexible nylon. Most auto parts stores will sell this tool at very little cost. Do not be afraid to bend the tool during insertion.
