Honda.
Your engine choice would depend on the amount of performance and mileage gains you are seeking, and also on your local environmental laws. A '98 Honda Civic was originally equipped with a D16Y8, not a B16A, but the D16Y8 would be an upgrade in power from all stock CRX engines. The engine with the most power potential is going to probably be a B18C5, and the engine with the best mileage is probably going to be a D15Z1. Though not common, taking an engine from a '96-00 Civic HX would be an upgrade in power (albeit slight) and economy.
no totally different engine, and engine bay lay out. Smaller engine (civic) cant cool a bigger engine (accord)
You have to drop the engine and the trans Good luck
Yes, this is an interference engine. Replace the belt every 60,000 miles.
no, the legend has a v6 and the other ecu would be for a 4 cylinder, go to a salvage yard and buy a used 1 for about 45 dollars
The oxygen sensor on a 1988 Honda Prelude fuel injected engine is on the exhaust manifold. It screws directly onto the front of the exhaust manifold.
Hey they usually come with a 2.0 litre b20a motor
