google "multifunction switch" -- basically, it's a buildup of grease in the housing of your turn signal stalk which activates the circuit and makes that clicking sound even when the signal is off. The fix-it solution is to open the housing and clean the grease off the contacts.
One thing that can cause a clicking noise under the car is when the bar bushings get worn out on the sway bar. Also, it could be coming from the struts if strut oil is leaking. Other things that can cause a clicking noise if not working properly are the exhaust system and the transmission clutch assembly.

The "clicking sound" is probably a circuit breaker. If so, you have a short, or overload, in the wiring somewhere.
There is an in-game menu to turn up the sound try making sure that you have the setting correct there, you can find this under the spanner icon, then clicking the microphone icon.
First check to see if you have a blown fuse. the horns are located under the front of passenger side front bumper. As for the clicking it probably is a fuse, actually the horn relay. my 97 horn's were burned out. found autozone replacement.
You may have a weak battery. Your starter may be bad.
