It could be a drive shaft universal joint.
The needle bearings inside can squeak when they're not greased.
Have a friend walk next to your truck as you back-up slowly to better identify which joint it might be. Look for a fitting on the u-joint and give it a pump or two with a grease gun. If no fitting is supplied you'll have to remove the u-joint and manually repack the bearings. If you find any broken or rusted needle bearings replace the u-joint, preferably with one that has a grease fitting!

The brakes on a 2007 Dodge Caliber may make noise due to several factors, including worn brake pads, which can create a squeaking or grinding sound when they are nearing the end of their lifespan. Additionally, moisture or debris trapped between the brake pad and rotor can cause temporary noises. If the brake components are loose or if there is a lack of lubrication on the backing plates, this can also lead to unusual sounds. It's important to have the brakes inspected regularly to ensure safety and proper function.

Most likely the power steering belt is old and should be replaced.
Its probably too loose, they stretch out over time. If replacing the belt doesn't work then try replacing the tensioner.
Most likely the front squeaking while turning is a brake issue. If this is the case and it is left uncorrected, you could be looking at a very expensive brake job.
