check ignition coil
Temperature can cause damage to the ignition coil. Temperature which is above 150 degrees Celsius can cause a great damage to it.
Either the coil is bad or the ignition control module is bad.I would think the coil is faulty.
No spark would usually be the ignition coil.

When an ignition coil goes bad the car will not run right, or not at all. An intermittent coil will cause shudder, or a jerking motion. When the coil has no output then the cylinder that the coil feeds cant burn the fuel and cause power.
It could either be a bad ignition coil, a bad ignition rotor, a bad ignition cap, a bad ignition control module (if equipped), or a bad coil to cap wire.
A faulty ignition coil or module can cause misfiring.
Could be a coil or ICM, Ignition Control Module.
bad ignition coil, bad ignitor
An ignition coil can blow due to several factors, including overheating, excessive voltage spikes, or internal short circuits. Overheating may result from prolonged use or inadequate cooling, while voltage spikes can occur from faulty wiring or a malfunctioning ignition system. Additionally, age and wear can lead to insulation breakdown within the coil, causing it to fail. Regular maintenance can help prevent these issues and extend the life of the ignition coil.
