The other filter is inside the HFCM located on the frame rail under the driverside floorboard near the transmission. (Can't missit, it has 4 or 5 pipes going to it.) It has one side that looks like the bottom of an oil filter, the filter element is inside it. Use a wrench or socket to turn it counterclockwise to open the unit. make sure you drain the unit before.
